Anei is a crazy 18-year old who spends all her time reading, either on the computer or reading fantasy novels. She is currently going through the purgatory known to man as University, and finding that it's not that much worse than high school, although she does grumble about having to wake up before 12:00 in order to go to her classes. She is enthusiastic, easily irritated, doesn't tolerate fools, and loves spending time in the world of the imagination, whether created by her own mind or that of others. Rather picky about friends, she is extremely loyal to those few that are allowed in her inner circle.

Anei likes both reading and writing fanfiction, although she isn't very good at writing yet. Her stories tend to be the kind that, if anyone else had written them, she would immediately hit the 'back' button.
Fantasy or science fiction books take up the majority of Anei's spare time, what there is of it, although she's beginning to slow down and let fanfiction take up more of her time as the supply of readily available books in her favorite genres dries out. She tends to be nitpicky about authors and subjects, which further restricts her choices, although there are still many books waiting to be read. Favorite authors include: Mercedes Lacky, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Piers Anthony, Terry Pratchett, and Tamora Pierce.
Manga is another major interest for Anei, although there is only so much time that can be spent reading the short books. Most of her interest in anime is related to the fanfiction and fanart that it spawns rather than the series itself.
Anei tends to spend her time in classes and lines doodling, so she has done a fair amount of drawing, but has no serious experience. Despite this, she tends to be a little too lenient in her evaluation of her work, and has been known to sulk at her brother when he informs her that a picture she has drawn deserves to be thrown in an incinerator and the pieces scattered to the ends of the earth.
Anei doesn't really do much else. She's not very interested in anything that involves real life, preferring to live in a world of fantasy and flights of the imagination. She has yet to figure out if this is an actual preference or if she is simply too lazy to attempt anything interesting in life.
